This year's fair will take place on October 8 -9, 2026! We will hold the fair at pleasant Nacka Strand fair (Nacka Strandsmässan),
a fantastic historic factory premises with skylights, a cozy atmosphere with the water around the corner and
a highquality of food with Pontus Frithiof as a supplier!
We are celebrating 30 years of Hud & Kosmetik, so that will also be a part of the fair and it will be a really festive year!

We have both bigger and smaller booths, 4 sqm up to 64 sqm, you find the different varieties in the hallsketch. (names means that they are booked. The crosses mean pillars, but these are thinner metal pillars (good for possible suspension).
Booking fee
2000 SEK excl. VAT is paid to secure the exhibition case and is not refundable.
Invoicing
Invoicing will be split into two parts. The first invoice will cover half of the booth rental plus a booking fee of 2000 SEK excl. VAT. It will be sent after booking confirmation with 30 days payment terms.
The second invoice, covering the remaining booth rental, will be sent two months before the fair and must be paid within 30 days.
For late bookings, the full booth rental fee and the booking fee will be invoiced on a single invoice. Payment must be made no later than before the move‑in day, 7th of October 2026.
Exhibition service
Workman Event is our technical production partner and one of Scandinavia’s leading suppliers within event, exhibition, and trade show production. They offer complete solutions including design, project management, and production. Their services include booth design, graphic production, carpentry, booth services, and an extensive rental assortment. Workman Event also manages goods reception as well as move‑in and move‑out at Nacka Strandsmässan, ensuring a smooth and well‑organized handling of all aspects of the event.
The exhibition walls are 2.5 meters high; for any higher structures, you must contact Workman Event. This also applies to wallpapering, branding, construction, rental of booth materials, booth orders, booth design or painting, as well as the installation of larger items. If you want to mount small things on the wall, it is fine if the wall is restored. For wallpapering or painting, contact Workman Event .
Constructions higher than 2.50 meters may require anchoring to the ceiling with a safety wire. As an exhibitor, you are allowed to build a partition wall up to 4.0 meters high, with or without exposure; however, exposure requires approval from your neighboring exhibitor. As an exhibitor, you must inform your neighbor(s) about your construction plans and ensure that the back of the wall is left white and smooth, or finished in another way agreed upon between you and your neighbor.

Workman Event takes care of all construction and decoration during the buildup of the fair, you turn to them for questions regarding decoration, electricity, carpet etc. in your stand. Last day to order is 17th of September ! (Additional cost is added after that.)

During move-in and move-out, the organizer has access to the premises at the agreed times. Nacka Strandsmässan does not take responsibility for goods before, during, or after the event
Goods
If you have machines or other materials weighing more than 1 ton per unit, or exceeding 2 meters in width and/or height, please contact Workman Event at least 2 weeks in advance. Assistance with packing goods can be ordered by contacting Workman Event, also no later than 2 weeks in advance, via email: monterservice@workman.se
If goods arrive before the specified time, we cannot guarantee acceptance. Should we receive the goods, they will be transported to storage and the cost will be charged to the exhibitor. The same applies if goods are not collected within the specified time. Unmarked goods left at Nacka Strandsmässan after the official move-out, and which cannot be identified, will be discarded due to limited storage capacity.
Note: All goods must be packed and secured on pallets or in roll cages during the designated move-out period. This is mandatory as the goods must be moved. Uncollected goods will be charged per cubic meter and per commenced week. Workman Event or Nacka Strandsmässan does not take responsibility for goods before, during, or after the event.
Goods arriving at the exhibition will be transported to the designated booth at a cost (see current prices in our online shop under Truck & Packaging: https://www.workman.se/shop-event/). The same cost applies to outgoing goods left in the booth. These costs will be invoiced to the exhibiting company afterwards. Truck assistance can be ordered from the Technical Department on site.
In cases where the freight forwarder delivering the goods requests exhibition staff to transport/load the goods into the booth, this will be done at the exhibitor’s expense, regardless of any agreement between the freight forwarder and the exhibitor.

Food & beverages
Pontus Frithiof Group hold exclusive rights to food, beverages, and alcohol service within Nacka Strands premises. Therefore, it is only permitted to serve food, drinks, and alcohol that have been ordered through our caterer. Any food, drinks, or alcohol brought in without prior order will be confiscated.
For Hud & Kosmetik, branded bottled water is permitted to offer in the booth, as well as candy and fruit.

Parking
Parking is most conveniently available in one of the three nearby parking garages:
• Torg garaget (Augustendalsdalstorget 16)
• Entré garaget (Augustendalsvägen 5a)
• Cylinder garaget (Cylindervägen 6–8).

SPA - The Skincare Professionals Awards, competition for the professional products!
The Skincare Professionals Awards is open to companies targeting professional practitioners and offering products intended for use by skin therapists in treatments. Participating companies exhibit at Hud & Kosmetik and/or are Service Members of SHR.
A jury appointed by SHR, consisting of skin therapists, tests the products and selects three nominees in each category, which are then presented on SHR’s social media channels. The winners in each category were announced during the SPAwards, our popular after‑work mingle at Hud & Kosmetik!
